Individual and group counselling services are provided for adults experiencing:
- Relationship conflicts
- Difficulty balancing the demands
of family life - Struggles with life transitions or
losses
Upon referral from Mental Health Services, six individual sessions are made available with a professional counsellor. For Mental Health services call 250-868-7788.”

The Stopping the Violence Women’s counselling service provides counselling for women who are either currently experiencing or have historically experienced physical, sexual and/or emotional abuse in an intimate relationship or during childhood.
There is no referral necessary for this program. Please contact the Centre at 250-860-3181 to book an Information Session with a counsellor.
We offer a number of professionally facilitated psycho educational and therapeutic group option which address the safety, healing and growth needs of women. Please see our “Groups Offered” for groups available. Individual counselling is available in some circumstances.
